Our Brokerage Service is a high standard services at affordable rate based on brokerage agreement. Our services meet Home Care Common Standards. We have policies, procedure, systems and practices to meet outcomes set by the Standards.
Services are personalised, culturally appropriate and delivered through multilingual care workers.

Our bilingual staff has skills and sensitivity to assist frail aged and carers, especially those of Eastern European background.
Our multilingual care workers not only can communicate with the clients in their own language the clients will have benefit of enjoying shared culture and customs.We can also cater for people cultural dietary needs.
PAWA continuously recruit bilingual care workers to serve expanding ethnic communities and currently speak the following languages:

Fees and Conditions
Service fees include all aspects of workers employment including:
Workers Compensation Insurance and Public Liability Insurance
Fee Schedule (GST inclusive) is available on request.
Minimum booking of service 1 hour
Cancellation notice:A cancellation fee of 2 hours will be charged for cancellation with less than 24 hour's notice. Bookings for less than 2 hours will be charged at 100% of service time booked
