We believe that informed consumers are able to age well and make better choices about aged care they want to receive.
Aged care system is complex and difficult to navigate. Making decisions about what aged care are most appropriate to meet someone ’s is often very difficult for an elderly person and their families. These decisions are often made at time of illness and in crisis situations. Without adequate information it is not easy to choose the best options. Those choices are even more difficulty for people whose first language is other than English.
